• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to another member's account.
• Registering with false information or committing fraud during the KYC process.

Members may close their account at any time of their own choosing. kb8 may also suspend or restrict accounts under certain circumstances.

Voluntary Account Closure

• You can close your account at any time by contacting our support team.
• Please withdraw your balance before closing your account.
• For self-exclusion (responsible gaming), you may pause your account for 30, 90, or 365 days.

Account Closure by KB8

• If a rule violation is confirmed, the account may be closed immediately.
